Honestly, if you get your protein up and calories intake lower and do advanced abs workouts especially obliques youlll get them popping
Definitely need to cut out foods that makes you bloat i.e. carbs, sugar, cheese, processed foods, fried foods(seed oil is really bad) and also incorporate electrolytes; potassium and salt because you will lose a lot, pee a lot, if you drink too much water.

Finally, someone that talks about tendons, ligament + mobility. I love ur videos as they are holistic; integrating both mindset and taking mental energy into consideration. I was thinking about athletism when i came across this video of urs. I was a gym bro few years back n now getting back in shape. 1 thing i noticed from training in the gym last time was the absence of these key things. Kudos! Ur point on the importance of replenishing during weight plateau also helps me very much. I hit it recently after 2 weeks on restricting my diet. So on that day i enjoy the food that i used to love to replenish my mental energy and my body cravings. Now im back to the game again and have lose some weight 😄I’m an Asian too and you’re an inspiration to me 💪🏻🔥

I will just say this: A lot of Americans (and indeed people all over the globe) are prediabetic or diabetic. What does this mean? Well, you have a ton of insulin in your body and your body sucks at using it to digest sugars. People will call it a "fad", but cutting carbs down and increasing fat intake (and staying with a healthy level of protein intake) is going to help you lose weight faster and over time your insulin resistance will increase (less so if you are already Type 2, but it helps a lot!). This is not to say that Calories in don't equal Calories out. It basically just means that your body sucks at stocking the shelves in your body and even when you eat a HUGE meal of carbs, you will sometimes still be hungry for more because your insulin doesn't work right. So if your doctor says you have pre-diabetes or "metabolic syndrome" just think of yourself as a car that needs diesel fuel (fat and protein) while everyone else runs just fine on unleaded gasoline (carbs).
I wanted a visible six pack for a looong time, and I got it now. Well… I’m not satisfied, now I want muscle mass, abs are not that special to me anymore… 🫠😅

I'm at 7.5% body fat after getting a body scan but unfortunately a lot of the shredded look is based on genetics. I'm 6'5" and 84kg and have a nice flat stomach but not a single ab in sight. It doesn't get me down, it's about being the best version of yourself.
Development of abdominal muscles: It's crucial to do free-weight exercises, like the bench press, squats and deadlifts, that engage and strengthen the core muscles, including the abdominals and obliques. Unilateral exercises, such as shoulder presses and split squats, help strengthen the obliques. Specific abdominal exercises, such as hanging knee raises and hanging leg raises, are recommended, including adding weight to increase effort and promote muscle growth. Reduction of the fat layer: Maintain a moderate calorie deficit to lose body fat sustainably. Understand that localized fat loss is not possible; you need to lose fat from your entire body, which will take time. Replace intense cardio exercises with daily 10,000-step walks for better hunger management and more effective fat loss. Drink plenty of water to avoid false feelings of hunger and stay hydrated. Reduce foods that cause bloating, such as fried and processed foods.

Not only taking breaks, but also doing deload weeks helps, once every few weeks when you are still training, but not doing as much volume or going all in. Those weeks can also be used to work exclusively on mobility and stability as well.

These advices are sooooooo wrong. Telling people to do deadlifts and other compound movements for abs is dumb and there’s lots of scientific research that look at abs stimulation during those compound movements, and guess what, as is obvious , deadlifts dont activate much abs at all and are a terrible exercise for abs.

Simple Steak, eggs, and dairy
Genetics will also play a part in determining if whether or not you will ever get 6 pack abs-talking about muscle insertion specifically. Just look at Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. He’s definitely cut and he definitely has the ab definition, but he fails to get that coveted 6 pack simply because of his genetics. But this shouldn’t be an excuse to not aim for ab definition. Work for it and proudly show of that hard work, be it 6 or 4 packs. 💪

I’m starting over again with my diet with a better clear mentality. I feel that all these other fitness influencers literally give out restrictive diets and also crappy diets and I have never seen any results. I’m going to start eating healthy but if I ever crave a pizza I’ll only eat it for that day.
